Silkymahajan is my sports diet consultant from the past 2 years.. Fast bowling is the most tedious job in cricket and fast bowler needs to eat healthy and have the right nutrition to recover from fatigue and perform well on the field..I first visited her on 13/11/2015, then I was weighing about 57 kgs..(very lean and weak)..she took each and every detail regarding my health,workout regime etc...She suggested me to undergo blood test and DNA test to have a better idea on my body and provide the right food to improve my performance as an athlete.. today as on 1/9/2017 I have gained 14kgs of muscle in my body with a very heavy workload schedule which transformed me into entirely different cricketer within short span of 2 years, which is just amazing.!! I visited Silky Ma'am for improving my stamina and energy levels for Marathon. Firstly she asked me to fill in one nutrition questionnaire to capture all the details & then gave me full time to understand my current & past lifestyle. Based on this discussion, she recommended few blood tests & after sharing my blood reports, she prepared my diet chart. My daughter is into sports. though I used to try to feed her with as much nutritious food as possible, I noticed that she is not having enough stamina to perform her best. at times she even found it tough to cope with regular work-outs and balance her studies.I first heard about Ms. Silky Mahajan through a friend. so I decided to give it a try. Now we have been associated with her for about 5 months and I am glad to say that I see a remarkable improvement in her stamina. She has learnt to eat healthy and has begun to understand the need for certain kind of diet for pursuing her goals in sports. Following the diet is also made relatively easy by Ms. Silky as she tries to incorporate the child's favourite food also into the diet so that they don't resent the diet.
