I was always worried how to loss my weight post delivery ..After one year post delivery...i started gaining more weight..i used to try different weight loss diets searching online.But none of them worked for..i used to loss not more than 2 kgs of weight by following those plans and again increase in my weight after stopping them.I used to feel depressed, lost my confidence about losing in weight . Finally then i decided to consult a dietitian and met Dr.Silky Mahajan. She was very friendly and strict about following her diet plans.Based on my food habits( south indian) she prepare the diets and thats why i did not feel tough to follow them.she clears all the doubt regarding following her diet plans..
